I do have another one in stock as well as this one that could be painted to your chosen colour. Mid Century Modern Sideboard by McIntosh. A really unusual sideboard similar in style to the popular Nathan Sideboard. McIntosh are a Scottish company – contemporaries of Gplan and Ercol. Fully restored and in great condition. This item has been gently sanded and then expertly spray painted in a rich blue and then coated with polyvine varnish. A retro piece of furniture from the 70’s which has been given a new lease of life! This a Mcintosh sideboard in a strong egg blue with new gold hairpin legs and matching gold handles. It is a complete transformation. A really useful piece of furniture with plenty of storage as well as being a real show stopper in any room. I advise that any items that you place on top of the surface is clean and non sticky. Please use mats and coasters were possible. Please be aware that pieces are preloved and may carry some character imperfections. I have done my best to restore this piece to the best standard. Plenty of storage including drawers, cupboard space and shelving. In excellent vintage condition, some minor signs of age and use but no damage or major cosmetic flaw. Approximate measurements are H136cm, L 152cm and D 43cm. All items listed on our page have been kindly donated to us in support of our charity. Stunning Schrieber Retro Vintage Hand Painted Upcycled Sideboard drinks Cabinet. This is a stunning professional upcycle of a retro vintage sideboard drinks cabinet. It’s been refurbished inside and out for an amazing finish. Starting with the exterior it’s a sideboard of retro style with a one off Anna Hayman colour way in her’Talon’ range in a spicy orange. (Close up pictures offer a very accurate colour representation). The entire unit has been fully decoupaged top sides and front and framed with hand painted black to the intergrated handles and edges. It’s extensively sealed for daily use. The interior double cupboard has been hand painted internally on black and also sealed and offers handy storage. The drawers, the top on retains the original cutlery moulding in the drawer and the others have been papered and sealed also in the same design. The drop down drinks cabinet on the end has a glass shelves and we’ve added a motion sensor light for when it is opened and matched the back of the space and the pull down front in the same stunning paper. This is a true one off and would suit any home, although bold the Anna Hayman papers offer stylish, timeless designs which are easy to live with and add pattern to. The vintage mid century sideboards also offer the perfect height for TV units. Dimensions are 198w x 43d x 73h in cm. Vintage Mid Century Walnut Cocktail / Drinks Cabinet Retro VGC 1950s 1960s

Vintage Mid Century Walnut Cocktail / Drinks Cabinet. From the 1950s or 1960s. The mirror is original. The light is original. The hinge mechanism for opening the front and top is original. A section of the top lifts on hinges when you pull open the down opening door. The shelf has striped paper glued to it, which may or may not be original. There may have originally been a shiny surface inside. The glass chopping board is missing from the fold down shelf. The four original corner holders are present. Two cocktail skewer holders and squeezer holder still attached to the inside of the top. It comes with 3 of the 6 original cocktail skewers and what looks like the original lemon squeezer. In the bottle storage, the original shelves are inside, the bottom shelf has 4 bottle holes. It has the original wooden casters on the base, rather than replacements or legs. The three original ring handles to the doors, the original hinges, and original catches are all present. The age of the wood is clear, as can hopefully be seen in the photos, but it is not overly worn or damaged. The top surface, at the least, could do with being sanded and re-varnished but there is not too much wear to it. There are some small scuffs on the bottom, but otherwise it is in very good condition. Retro Mid Century Cocktail Cabinet / Drinks Trolley /Sideboard CC Furniture

Art Deco style drinks trolley. Marked on one side with the CC furniture stamp. Utility furniture refers to furniture produced in the United Kingdom during and just after World War II, under a Government scheme which was designed to cope with shortages of raw materials and rationing of consumption. Introduced in 1942, the Utility Furniture Scheme continued into post-war austerity and lasted until 1952. The trolley has two sides which pull down to reveal bottle and glass holders, a shelved section to one side and a further pull-out tray. The unit top has been painted black. Condition: Good, used condition. In sturdy form but show signs of historical wear and tear. The are some marks in the pull down sections, also a name written in the drawer, Edna! Overall a rare and fabulous looking unit. Please be aware that this item does show signs of use but that is to be expected considering its age and does add authenticity to the item. Please make sure you study the pictures as these go to making up a large part of the description.
